Author Rights

Third-Party Content
- Authors must ensure that any third-party content (e.g., figures, tables, or excerpts) included in their submission complies with copyright regulations and that written permission has been obtained for reproduction if necessary.
Publisher Rights
- JOARPS reserves the right to maintain and archive all published content in digital repositories, indexing databases, and long-term preservation networks such as PKP Preservation Network (PN) and CLOCKSS.
- The journal ensures perpetual availability of articles, even in cases where JOARPS ceases publication.
Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement
- Authors must submit original research free of plagiarism.
